Do you ever feel like you’re stuck in the overthinking game, questioning every move you make?

I feel like this is my daily perspective from the time I wake up, to the decision I need to make for dinner, to stuck thinking about what I want my career to look like.

If you are feeling the same way, here are some quick reminders I want to share with you.

It’s not just about you.

Your journey, your actions, they’re not just for your benefit. Think about the impact you can have on others. It’s about serving something greater, bringing glory to more than just yourself.

You are already worthy.

Know your worth. Impostor syndrome might try to sneak in, making you doubt it. But because you are here with breath in your lungs, you’re worthy, you’re loved, and you’re more than capable. The decision you make will not define your identity. Don’t let overthinking convince you otherwise.

Progression over Perfection.

That person you look up to, they’ve been where you are. And they have experienced that same level of uncertainty you are feeling now but still persevered forward despite the fog. Nobody’s perfect, and that’s perfectly fine. We’re all on this journey, learning and growing together.

The Quick Reminder: focus on what’s in your control, and be the best in that space. Taking an action and learning from it will benefit you more than not taking the action at all. Remember, it’s not just about you; it’s about the impact you can make. Acknowledge your worth, embrace the journey, and don’t let overthinking hold you back. You’ve got what it takes, my friend.

What’s in your circle of control, and how can you excel in that area? What’s one thing you can do today to stop overthinking and take that first step toward your goals?

You can do this! Rooting for ya!
